Would you like to work with us to become a top digital development agency in Asia Pacific region?
Your will manage and coordinate multiple digital projects for well-known brands with millions of views per month. You will interface directly with our Technical Lead and project team members to deliver projects within budget and deadlines. You are also in charge of ensuring our projects meet high quality standards for premium brands.
You are perfect for this position if:
- You are independent and fearless. When we give you a project constraints, you know how to prioritize and optimize our team's output.
- You understand how web technologies work or at least are keen to learn more about them.
- You are also a team player who supports other team mates and happily train or guide less experienced members of the team.
- You consider yourself a problem solver and an organizer. Don't apply if you're not someone who's willing to put time and effort to produce best quality works within deadlines.
- You are constantly learning new skills and also want to challenge yourself to become a Programme Manager or Head of Projects.
Your skills & qualifications
- 1 - 2 years' experience working in a small teams that move fast.
- Proven ability to manage and launch multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience working in digital marketing industry is preferred but not required.
- Decent reading and writing skills in English in order to interpret client requirements and occasionally communicate with them via email or chat.
- Ability to interpret visual requirements (sometimes fuzzy) from designers into precise functional specs for our developers to implement.
- Good aesthetics, keen eye for details and good sense of UX to make sure products meet the high quality standards of premium brands.
- Exceptional organizational skills: can handle stress and know how to establish systems and procedures for daily operations
- Time management and process optimization skills: prioritize our limited resources to deliver the best outcome for our clients
- High standards: uphold a high level of quality and consistency, take a long-term approach rather than shortcuts and quick fixes
- Expectation management skills: proactively assess risks, track time and communicate potential timeline and scope changes
- Interpersonal skills: maintain an effective, efficient, but pleasant workplace for other team members.
