About Company
Your role & responsibilities
- Receive projects’ requirements from BOD or Business Development department and liaise with technical team to review.
- Set up projects and tasks on project management tools (Zoho products).
- Manage projects, tasks following the expected deadline and requirements.
- Manage member’s workload to allocate appropriate resources into projects.
- Liaise with customers for requirements clarifications or testing.
- Liaise with third parties if required.
- Handle objections from client and coordinate with the team to solve problems.
- Monthly report or end-of-project report on project's spent effort and team members performance
Your skills & qualifications
- No technical knowledge required
- Fluent in English (four skills) as you will have to communicate directly with client, business development team and third parties from overseas via emails and phone calls.
- Have working experience with foreign clients is a plus.
- Well organized, good time management, logical thinking.
- Possess an analytical skill as you sometimes need to analyze the requirements or problems yourself before delivering to the technical team.
- Good at Microsoft Office, writing documentations.
- Know a bit of some design tools is a plus (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop...).
- Self-motivated, willing to learn new knowledge, skills, technologies....
- Self-awareness and eager to improve yourself day-by-day
