About Company
In summary, Product Owner is responsible for our end-to-end product development execution. This means than you will have responsibility to make sure it gets built in the most efficient and effective wat to serve our customers.
Your role & responsibilities
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products and features
- Schedule and lead meetings to identify and solve product related problems for projects
- Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
- Engage and challenge customers to surface opportunities for our product and complement them with data and external research to guide our prioritization
- Work with our engineers to design and implement architecturally sound solutions in an Agile manner, communicating constantly, iterating quickly and shipping frequently
- Work with business users to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
- Follow through on new features and initiatives to see that they are adopted well by our customers
- Be the leader at the forefront as this role would require strong collaboration across various teams and be the focal point for all stake holders nearly in all functions
- Maximize your efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are norm
- Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Other tasks as assigned
Your skills & qualifications
- At least 5+ years of working experience as a Product Owner
- MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker with a vision
- Attention to details
- Good at spoken and written in both Vietnamese and English
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
- Know how to define the product roadmap
