Job Description
The product owner is essential in connecting users with the Engineer team. You will be in charge of everything about the product since it’s an idea till it launches into production. Follow it, enhance it, make users happy, and do metrics calculations to prove your product is healthy.
Your role & responsibilities
- Analyze the operation process to provide solutions for the system.
- Translate product features into detailed requirements and prototypes, then prioritize based on business impact.
- Work closely with third-party teams/in-house teams within BE GROUP to deliver with quick time to market.
- Manage multiple products, ensuring that deliverables are understood and releases are delivered on time.
- Experience producing wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interaction diagrams.
- Support UAT in testing, and verifying bugs/issues.
- Monitoring products & tracking new features, analyzing what features need to be improved.
Your skills & qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as Product Owner/Business Analyst.
- Experience producing wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interaction diagrams.
- Self-starter who is energetic & enthusiastic, confident, adaptable & customer-oriented.
- Communicate with impact: able to explain complex problems in one or two sentences.
- Attention to detail and a never-satisfying attitude: able to pick out minor discrepancies in layout design and propose solutions.
- Simple approach: always find the most straightforward solutions.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a cross-functional team.
- Fortitude to remain calm and react appropriately in high-pressure situations.
- Experience in On-denmand service is a big plus.
