About Company
We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team and drive an agile development process to enable the delivery of our products. The position entails working on an agile development team within our Core Applications team to develop Blockchain applications and technologies including Distributed Applications (DApps), Blockchain tokens, and NFT. This role will also entail communication with executives, stakeholders, and various development and business teams.
Your role & responsibilities
- Manage product & feature design, propose new features based on product position
- Analyze information collected from various data sources to identify and forecast user needs based on market trends
- Design solutions for those features including wireframes and mockups with navigations, UX/UI, and layouts with a user-centric mindset
- Compose requirement specifications for each feature
- Project management: coordinate with other development teams to ensure the correctness of the features and project timeline
- Perform user acceptance tests before releasing each build
- Initiate product ideas based on statistical data and product roadmap then sell them: explain and convince team members, the management, and development teams to agree with your proposed features
Your skills & qualifications
- 3+ years of related experience is required and experienced/ Interested in Blockchain Domain is a big plus
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, derive insights from data, and communicate with diverse teams.
- Experience with business processes across multiple data domains in a services-based company
- Demonstrated ability to have successfully completed multiple, complex technical projects
- Demonstrates a rational and organized approach to the tasks undertaken and an awareness of the need to achieve quality.
- Strong written communication skills. Is effective and persuasive in both written and oral communication.
- Time management and multitasking skills to effectively meet deadlines under time-to-market pressure
