About Company
- Help the team to keep improving BAEMIN products by measuring, learning, and building features.
- Keep monitoring BAEMIN services to find and maintain any issues on the platform.
- Keep improving BAEMIN’s UX by working with product designers and engineers.
- Analyze market information and user behavior data to determine what we need to do for improving our product.
- Interview and research the customers to figure out their problems.
- Gather requirements from different departments. (e.g. marketing, sales, operation)
- Convert requirements to solutions that the product team can provide.
- Design workflow, write a specification, create a wire-frame to help to understand product requirements.
- Write documents or materials to share the product’s update within the organization.
- Determine the product's priority by communicating with the internal team(engineers, designers, other PMs) and considering business strategy and product strategy.
Your skills & qualifications
- +5 years of experience as a PM or PO in related fields. (on-demand service, social network, e-commerce, etc)
- Familiar with agile software development and engineering culture.
- Have excellent speaking/writing skills in English.
- Good to have a conversation level skill in Korean. (not mandatory)
