Your role & responsibilities
Work closely with PM or PBM (Product Manager) on sales plan in terms of Sell-in; Sell-thru.
Manage the Team to execute the sales plan for reaching the target assigned
Set selling prices
Build and carry out Marketing programs to push sales and enhance the brand awareness, including product training/seminars or customers events.
Building relationship with partners (brand representatives, customers, SI…)

Your skills & qualifications
At least 03 years of experience in distribution service (preferably retail channel). Direct experience in the industry of ICT products (Laptop, PC, LCD ...) and consumer electronics appliances (air conditioners, televisions, washing machines ...), is an advantage.
Good relationship with local SI Agents in the city: Ho Chi Minh and nearby provinces.
Willing to have business trip
Good at English, TOEIC 600 or equivalent (can fluently communicate in English with international partners)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Power Point, Excel, One Drive ...) to present and analyze data when necessary.

Benefits
Position salary: monthly income is approximately 30-50 million/month (including basic gross salary, monthly KPI pay-out, excluding other allowances and annual performance bonus)
