- We are looking for a Product Consultant for our Hanoi office who will act as the main point of contact with our valued clients. He/She will be the trusted voice of the company in charge of analyzing clients’ needs and recommending solutions to fill those needs.

- Become the client’s new best friend! Identify their real problems, define the important discussion points, and design a framework to solve their issues once and for all.
- Being the product consultant, you’ll need to recommend...well...products! After forming such an unbreakable bond (best friends, remember?), the client will be looking to you for the best remedies to ease their pain.
- Being BFFs means you’ll be taking extra care of this special relationship for some time to come, making sure both parties are happy.
- Working with QC to verify that all requirements comes to live in a traceability manner among requirements, CR and implementation.
Your skills & qualifications

- Are you a self-starter? Are you proactive with strong sense of ownership?
- Are you a team-player with excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English?
- Do you possess strong interpersonal skills comfortable working in Agile teams?
- Do you thrive working in a fast-paced environment?
- Do you have at least 1 year of similar experience in Business Analysis role?
