Your role & responsibilities
- Gather and analyse user/customer requirements
- Prepare Odoo Customization System design Plan
- Prepare development Documents
- Odoo system configuration & functional implementation
- Provide customer with functional assistance as well as training
- Responding to Support Tickets and providing solutions
- Possibility of travelling to clients' offices to provide on-site training
Your skills & qualifications
- Good knowledge of Python
- Good knowledge of accounting & sales process
- Logical mind with the ability to resolve complicated problems.
- Advanced analytic skills to be able to decide what modules are needed by client
- Good Communication Skills – both Speaking and in writing, to be able to understand and interact with clients and colleagues
- Thorough understanding and knowledge in all of Odoo CE/EE
- Good knowledge of functional and security configurations of Odoo CE/EE.
- Good knowledge in Odoo workflow configurations.
- Extensive working experience with Odoo CE/EE – Must be capable of handling at least past 3 versions of Odoo (14,13,12)
- Should be Punctual in meetings to ensure timely delivery of every assigned task.
- Knowledge of various project management & productivity tools such as Jira, Google Suite, MS Office, Figma, Mockups, Lucidcharts, etc.
- Good command of Spoken & Written English
- Knowledge of Chinese/Cantonese is a plus
