Your role & responsibilities
Ascend Tech belongs to Ascend Corporation and CP Group, a top TEN group in multiple-sectors over the world, with the target of building a financial platform using in 06 countries cross Asia, we are looking for a strong mobile team-lead in the team to meet the target of company this year.
You will:
- Take responsibilities of managing team IOS and Android team to develop mobile product of group, together ensuring the quality of product and the health of team to meet target of company and group.
- You will be responsible for mentoring and growing a world-class engineering team, capable of taking on challenging projects, provide technical guidance and career development to team members.
- Other tasks might be assigned by Mobile Manager
Your skills & qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
- At least 5 years or above experience for Mobile application development (Android or iOS)
- Proven experiences in team management
- Can develop both Android and iOS is an advantage.
- Good command of English communication skills
- Ability to work as a team, proactive, well organized, willing to learn new things, and focus on objectives
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Understand Agile development practices
