About Company
Your role & responsibilities
- Accountable for reporting to Leader, PO
- Analyzing the needs, and business strategy of each project
- Analyzing expertise requirements, making charts, and suggesting optimizing solutions to approach the business target
- Understanding the conditions, and business strategy of each project, and suggesting a developing plan for each period
- Coordinating with the IT team to build data structures and function charts
- Coordinating with the QA/ QC team to make sure output quality
Your skills & qualifications
- English is a must
- 2-5 YOE at Business Analyst / Product Analyst / Systems Analyst
- 2-5 YOE in analyzing small/ medium project request
- Understanding expertise, expertise word, expertise English
- Understanding principles and building universal documents such as BRD, SRS, and FRS
- Understanding principles and building universal charts such as Product roadmap,
- Organizational charts, BFD, DFD, Entity-relationship diagram, and Process flow diagram
- Presentation skills, drafting documents, separating function
- Good listening and communication
- Good analytical thinking
- Handle well under pressure
- Diligence, high responsibility
- Experience in working with Agile/Scrum
- Knowing Azure/Jira is an advantage
