Your role & responsibilities
In your role as Lead Developer, you will join the Tech team and work directly with the Co-founder of the company. You will:
- Participate and contribute to the development of customers’s internal or external tools.
- Take part in decisions ranging from UI- and UX Design to Back-end architecture.
- Design and implement scalable and robust applications
- Analyze functional requirements and creation of software design
- Design application architecture and implementation
- Communicate with customers to understand the needs and give advices for the most suitable technical solution.
- Work on other tasks assigned by Co-founder.
Your skills & qualifications
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You are able to communicate in English. It would be great if you have working experience with foreigners.
- You have minimum 3 years of experience as a Developer
- You have extensive knowledge and experience of PHP and are comfortable working on Laravel Framework
- You have a great understanding of how your code is affecting UX/UI.
- You have a strong knowledge of Javascript.
- You have a good level of SQL.
- You are always up to date with the technology/library/framework features and services
- You have strong adaptation skills and a humble personality.
- You are not afraid to take action.
- You are highly results driven.
Extra points:
- Because the Co-founder is French. If you master the language of Molière, that is a big plus.
- You have the management experience with the Developers.
