About Company
As we are rapidly growing our team, we are looking for Java Developers/Application Management Support who would be eager to join us in planning and executing both client and internal projects, following through the entire software development lifecycle.
The role would include:
- Understanding and analysing as-is processes.
- Gathering and documenting requirements.
- Performing application building, testing, deployment and post-deployment support activities.
- Training, mentoring and sharing knowledge with your peers and juniors, contributing to an environment of continuous improvement and growth as a team.
Your skills & qualifications
- Retail experience/knowledge is a plus.
- Degree holder, preferably in IT or closely related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Java (J2SE + J2EE), JavaScript, JSP, Servlets, Spring, HTML, SQL, Linux and XML.
- Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable, meticulous, innovative, independent and self-motivated, with good problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Willing to travel.
