Your role & responsibilities
- Designs, tests, and implements security measures to protect on-premises, cloud (AWS, GCP) applications and data.
- Define, write, and drive the adoption of corporate security policies, especially those focused on network security.
- Exercise penetration testing to perform regular vulnerability assessments of internal, DMZ, and external systems.
- Provide training to developers and system administrators to address and eliminate vulnerabilities.
- Play leading role in developing compromise detection system.
- Provide technical requirements for and security evaluations of external vendors.
- Participate in security incident management and respond swiftly to a loss or misuse of information assets.
- Define and configure firewall rules by understanding business needs.
- Understand and communicate security risks and mitigations to broad spectrum of audiences.
- Categorize risks and help prioritize business needs with respect to security
Your skills & qualifications
- Expert in network security architecture, design and operations (TCP/IP, network layers, Ethernet, ARP, etc).
- Expert to moderate knowledge of IDS/IPS systems.
- Have experience working OWASP.
- Understanding of firewall audit review security best practice.
- Knowledge of DDoS mitigation techniques.
- Deep understanding of Security Incident Response protocols and procedures.
- Strong understanding of Information Security concepts.
- Experience: 3+ years of network security experience.
- Have sense of application/server monitoring and responsibility for any kind of system incident
