About Company
Your role & responsibilities
- Join the IT development team, reporting directly to development manager.
- Work with BUs/PMO to understand change request/project scope and objectives, collaborating with all stakeholders to deliver products on time, on scope within budget.
- Discuss with BUs to come up with business solutions.
- Explain to BAs for any confusion between BUs and BAs.
- Manage CRs from BUs with a short turn around time.
- Justifying available resource to BUs.
- Develop comprehensive product roadmap.
- Using modern tools to manage product backlogs, release backlogs, and measure team performance.
- Report and escalate critical issues to higher management.
- Create and maintain product documents.
- Proactively improve product features and quality.
- Work closely with development teams to deliver the best outcome.
Your skills & qualifications
- BS/MS degree in computer science, software engineering, bussiness/finance/banking or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product owner/product manager/project manager.
- 3+ years of experience in software development.
- Excellent customer facing and good collaboration with team members.
- Experience in managing multiple products simultaneously.
- Solid organizational skills and hand-on multitasking.
- PMP certification is a big plus.
- Experience in agile development teams, such as Scrum, Kanban.
- Interested in dealing with complex challenges and keen on exploring new things.
- Good problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other developers and stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication and writing.
