About Company

POSITION PURPOSE

To assist the Head of Client Service & Operations on maintaining the IT infrastructure and provide the best IT Helpdesk service.

Your role & responsibilities

  • Implement, monitor and maintain the communication system including LAN, WAN, Intranet, Security and Telecommunications system to ensure that entire systems perform at the best performance.
  • Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks.
  • Responsible for providing the best IT Helpdesk service to users by maintenance IT equipment at site as schedule so that they can run stable, meet end- user’s requirement and well-protected from viruses, hacker.
  • Co-operate with IT Team to deploy all IT Project successful, provide. Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issue.
  • Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
  • Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases and reporting network status.

Your skills & qualifications

Qualification:

  • B.A Degree in Computer Science
  • CCNA/ CCNP/ MCSA (Preferred)

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Network, IT Help Desk and technical support.
  • Server System and Network Administration

Knowledge:

  • Advanced PC knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Linux and Microsoft Windows LAN Operating system.
  • Knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN system.
  • Knowledge of Telecom/ Camera/ PABX system.

Skills:

  • English, especially on IT
  • Communication and Customer Service
  • Personal Computer using
  • Teamwork skill
  • Work under high pressure.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Internal interface

  • Provide IT services to all company employees.

External Interface

  • External contacts will include IT hardware/ software vendors, consultants and IT service providers.
