About Company
Your role & responsibilities
First Stage:
- Get trained the SHIFT's specialized software testing methodologies (test execution & test design)
- On-job-training directly with Japanese customers in software testing projects
- Self-train other technical skills such as ISTQB, SQL, IT Passport, Project Management... with experienced mentors
Second Stage:
- Work directly and independently with Japanese customers in projects
- Support team members and manage testing projects as a Project Leader or Project Manager
Your skills & qualifications
- Excellent communication in Japanese (Business level)
- Facilitate meetings with clients
- Take a note of the proceedings of the meeting
- Quick response
- Have at least 3 years of experience working as an IT Comtor and have strong passion to be a professional BrSE, Project Leader, Project Manager
- Have strong logical thinking, problem solving and communication skills
- Adequate Level of English
