Principal duties:
- In this role, you should be able to translate complex requirements into functional architecture. You should know how to explain their work to those outside of their field and communicate effectively with other IT specialists in the company.
- This role will involve to design and implement complex computer systems and offer infrastructure services.
- We’d also like you to have capability of understanding the company’s software development and be able to manage complex programs to ensure the proper architecture is designed and implemented. Your goal will be to ensure our internal IT framework operates properly.
Your role & responsibilities
- Understand business/project needs to design technical needs and make technical proposal.
- Take care of complete detail analysis of infrastructure design and security standards.
- Plan, design and implement various infrastructure solutions aligned with business needs.
- Communicate system requirements to software development teams.
- Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure design.
- Oversee assigned programs and provide guidance to team members.
- Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware solutions and suggest integration methods.
- Assist with solving technical problems when they arise.
- Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions.
- Provide technical documents.
- Support pre-sale estimation.
Your skills & qualifications
Education: College or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Technical skills and experience:
- Advanced understanding and wide-ranging knowledge of IT infrastructure (including system, network, storage, database, security,…) is Must .
- Good at high level view of overall system is Must.
- Experience in Cloud technologies (e.g. VMware, AWS, IBM) is Must.
- Strong experience in Infrastructure design and implementation is Must.
- Proven experience of successful Infrastructure delivery without the need for regular direction or supervision is Must.
- Understanding of strategic IT solutions is Must.
- Understanding of software engineering principles and enterprise architecture is Plus.
- Understanding of DevOps pipeline is Plus.
- Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, UNIX) and databases (e.g. MSSQL) is Plus.
- Experience in Security is Plus.
Soft-skills:
- Good at English (Must).
- Problem solving and analytical skills (Must).
- Communication skills.
- Customer focus, business oriented.
- Managerial skills to plan, prioritize and allocate needs and resources.
- Leadership skills.
Minimum Experience: above 3-4 years.
