About Company
- Communicate with Customer Support Agent (Vietnamese) and your team leader to figure out the issues and ensure the product is run effectively on the customer's website
- Act as the primary technical contact (live chat), deliver advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving solutions for business customers using the website builder product for their online stores
- Work with the manager to solve critical issues by defining the problems, customer expectations, ensure their online store stability while using our products
- Work with technical managers and CS team leader when the additional support is needed
- Help create knowledge base content - this includes writing and updating existing articles, and create visual content as needed.
Your skills & qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in common web languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
- Knowledge in the open-source system and the eCommerce system is a plus.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively, in a professional manner with technical & non-technical staff (both verbal & written)
- Ability to quickly adapt to technology and/or application changes and business delivery priorities
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- You’re passionate in eCommerce. Comfort in a startup environment as we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment.
