1. Talent Acquisition:
- Execute hiring activities, work closely with Departments to update their demand and adjust hiring activities accordingly
- Lead Talent sourcing & networking: maintain job posts & tracking performance of sourcing channels
- Lead Enhance employer branding efficiency via online channels (Company website, Linkedin, job portals, Facebook), off line channels (Career fair, Job fair, partnership program with University, HR events)
- Improve onboarding experience and employee retention
2. Learning & Organization Development:
- Support HR Manager to conduct TNA, collect & summarize data
- Training coordinator: prepare training facilities, follow up tasks and manage supporting documents (training materials, agenda, training list, evaluation forms, …)
- Performance Management: follow evaluation plan to meet deadline, supporting to collect and input data for analysis
- Handling execution of Annual Performance management process & support to facilitate Talent Review process to identify key talents and build up succession planning.
3. Culture, Engagement & Employee Relations:
- Promote a strong corporate culture aligned with company values.
- Support initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and reduce attrition
4. HR Analyst:
- Collect and analyze HR metrics (turnover rate, absenteeism, headcount, etc.) to develop insights and conclusions that help streamline HR processes
- Prepare regular reports as required from HR Manager and senior management
