Your role & responsibilities
- Leading the technical team (ReactJS/NodeJS) around 30 developers
- Play the role of responsible for architecture, design and practices and guide team on use of new technologies balancing risk and reward
- Participate in design and code reviews
- In charge of defining development processes and best practices
- Collaborate with Product managers when products are in concept, in development, and in production for timely and high quality delivery
- Fostering a healthy, collaborative IT culture.
Your skills & qualifications
- 4+ years professional software development experience
- 2+ years of experience leading a technical team (with the scope of 20+)
- Proven ability for coaching and mentoring
- A passion for communication and collaboration
- A track record of planning and delivering on multiple overlapping projects spanning several months
- Experience implementing engineering processes that emphasize security and quality
- English working proficiency
