The candidates will be tasked with the development and maintenance of software applications using Salesforce technologies, including:
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale Salesforce platforms/applications, integrating multiple systems, and leveraging various marketing, sales, and service clouds.
- Skilled in defining large enterprise software systems and mapping use cases to the appropriate solution architecture.
- Engaging with customers and onsite teams to gather and clarify requirements via email, phone, or video conference.
- Involvement in the planning and analysis of business requirements for system modifications and enhancements.
- Providing team members with coding standards guidelines, reviewing their code, and defining the deployment process.
- Suggesting solutions to enhance project quality and performance, ensuring that deliverables meet customer expectations.
- Creating technical and user guide documentation.
- Ability to conceptualize, design, and execute proof-of-concept projects, demonstrating successful integrations between Salesforce and AI/BI applications.
- Leading a team during implementation, deployment, and operational phases.
