Talent Success's client is one of the largest outsourcing company in Vietnam

Responsibilities

Manage software development project including but not limited to project planning, project budgeting, resource management, risk management, quality management
Coordinate with Resource Manager, sales, onshore teams, and clients for staffing needs, and collaborate with Technical Architect on technical matters.
Work with IT/Admin to set up infrastructure when required, such as network connectivity and office space.
Collaborate with the QA group to define and implement software development processes, train team members, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and CMM standards.
Ensure projects meet clients' requirements and satisfaction by coordinating with other project parties, including clients, QA, and QC
Manage project budget via quotation and monthly timesheet
Organize a united team where all team members can communicate & contribute on assigned activities
Participate in the quarterly check point and annual review for all project’s members
Participate in company’s soft skill training or workshop
Participate in client visit preparation and hosting
Bid support including but not limited to gathering requirement, providing estimation and planning
Perform additional tasks as requested by the BOD

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in application development on the relevant platform.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related field. PMP certification is a plus.
Proficient in English for direct communication with onshore teams and clients.
Extensive experience in at least one project management methodology (e.g., Agile/Scrum, Waterfall) and familiarity with others.
Experience in at least one software development lifecycle and understanding of others.
Proven track record of managing fixed-price projects.
Skilled in monitoring project quality, risk management, and EVM concepts.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, with a positive "can do" attitude.
Highly organized and responsible.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
