Experience in People management / Associate Engagement
Strong Experience & Ability to dive deep in the embedded software / systems domain
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in Business development
Experience with product development and large scale solutions
Willing to work in high pressure environment and challenge yourselves
International experience is required
