Job Description

As a Business Development Lead/ Growth Lead at Constant, your main responsibilities are to define the strategy of acquiring more users and pushing the Constant growth. You’re empowered to control the budget and conduct your own plans. The scope of work includes:

  • Nurture current market growth on omnichannels
  • Find new market to scale up the business
  • Research and expand the business lines
  • Take care of the new user base and matched volume

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate would have these experiences and skills:

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills (in English)
  • Experience in planning and managing sales strategy to a new market and niche with a successful track record selling new products to the market
  • Familiar with business development with international customers and partners all around the world
  • Excellent presentation skills, including tech product demo, to potential partners
  • High levels of emotional intelligence supporting intellectual curiosity, professionalism, and dynamic conversation to creatively structure partnerships in different ways
  • Ability to qualify leads and follow through the entire sales cycle rigorously

It would be nice to have (but not required) if you have experience working in the crypto industry or have experience with financial related products (banking, bond, stock, lending, mortgage, credit loan…). If you have a growth mindset and can learn quickly, you won’t have any problem with picking up the product.
