About Company
- Diagnose general network problem such as IP trace, performance measure, log review in Windows or Firewall
- Assist in solving problem related to network/PC/Software/Printer/WiFi
- Handle the set-up, installation and maintenance of PC/Mac/WiFi/Network/Printer device that align with the company’s requirements
- As the major IT helpdesk contact (Level 1 & 2 support), to perform troubleshooting, purchasing and audit of IT items
- Promote and ensure IT practice comply with company’s policy in terms security, connectivity and use of tools
- Audit, monitor and manage the IT infrastructure, hardware, software, inventory of IT items, according to the system and plan
- Perform ad hoc assignments by management
Your skills & qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science or a related subject
- 1 year and above proven hands-on network engineering experience (fresh graduates will also be considered)
- General understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
- Understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model, topology diagram, PC assemble, printer driver setup, WIFI setup.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
- Languages: Native Vietnamese, General English Level (Verbal, Write & Read) OR General Mandarin Level (Verbal)
