About Company
Laidon provides consulting services and enterprise solutions for managing master data and data quality. Laidon, a Certified SAP Partner with offices in the US, Japan and Vietnam, created SimpleMDG, which is an SAP BTP cloud-native application for Master Data Governance with over 50 out-of-the-box S/4HANA data models and workflows that support powerful governance while eliminating the need for slow, complex, and expensive customizations.
SimpleMDG provides enterprises with the functionalities to implement business rules, data standards and validations to govern the processes of master data maintenance and delivering data quality. Most importantly, no front-end coding is required.
Your role & responsibilities
- Analyze customers' business requirements and tailor the use of the system to meet those objectives
- Recommend and implement effective uses of technology to support MDG processes
- Communicate and support clients, respond to and resolve system failures and performance issues
- Actively drive issue resolution, and closely monitor its progress
- Appropriately communicate project status, escalate issues, and manage action items
- Resolve complex customer issues by recommend and implementing solutions
- Provide subject matter expertise and support for end user training delivery
- Prepare documents to support solution development and business application
- Participate in pre-sales activities and internal initiatives as required
- Analyze, design, follow up with the technical team to deliver a flexible and scalable solution
- Test and implement system or application enhancement
Your skills & qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, information technology, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience (Open for Fresher)
- Proactivity, fast-learning ability, and problem-solving skills
- Good English and communication skills, the ability to present ideas with clarity and passion
- Process analysis skills and knowledge of software development life cycles
- Can collaborate with others in projects and receive feedback with open-minded
- Working hours should be adjusted to be based on project 08:30 - 18:00
- Require either English or Japanese fluency
