Responsibilities

Collaboration: Work with international customers and colleagues from Germany, France, the Czech Republic, and the US

Feature Development: Independent conception and implementation of new functions in complex application landscapes

Coding: Coding in the Frontend and Backend, mainly with Java and JavaScript

Documentation: Creation of technical documentation

Requirements

Communication: Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written)

Hands-On Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in international software projects (flexible depending on how fast your learning and technical developing capabilities are); Professional experience in the implementation of complex applications; Professional experience in ReactJS and its ecosystem

Industry Knowledge: Degree in engineering or natural sciences (university or technical college)

Development Tools: Understanding of software development tools, processes, and architecture; In-depth understanding of in HTML/ CSS/ReactJS; Experience in Frontend frameworks such as ReactJS, Angular, VueJS...; Experience with multi-tier or service-oriented web applications; Experience with Java/ Kotlin and J2EE frameworks such as Spring; Experience with TypeScript, Redux; Experience with build tools: Gradle, Maven, Webpack...; Experience with search engines such as Lucence, Solr, Elasticsearch...

Databases: Experience with relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies

Testing and Quality Assurance: Experience in testing practices and tools

Architecture Design: Experience in microservices architect

Methodologies: Experience in agile software development

Version Control: Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git is preferred)

Personal Attributes: Sense of responsibility, communication skills, and team spirit; A passion for software development, new trends, and technologies in IT

Learning Orientation: Willingness to learn and build a deep understanding

Adaptability: Be able to work independently and under pressure
