About Company
Hiring Process:
- You’ll be invited to one online coding exercise and one-on-one interview with us after completed online coding exercise
- Our trial period is 2 months
Your role & responsibilities
- Our development team consists of Product Manager, Developer and Coach where Developer focus on implementing business requirements as well as develop our technologies stack.
- Developers will work on many different part of the products as well as our internal tools
- Developers will be trained to understand modern development process as well as advanced system thinking
- As an early member of the team you’ll be trained and to lead our future projects, you’ll have great experience on how to build products the right way.
Your skills & qualifications
- At least 1 year working experience
- Proficient at at least one programming language. We use primary Java/React so if your programming language is not them, you’ll need to be willing to learn
- Designing system skills
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Our proprietary technologies stack is large so you’ll need to be a fast learner
- Good to have: experience with Java core, Srping, React, Javascript, CSS, Bootstrap, PostgreSQL, Google App Engine, NoSQL, GWT, Javascript, CSS, Bootstrap, experience building large and complex enterprise applications
- Courageous: we rely heavily on innovation to leverage our development efforts so you’ll need to have enough courage to do new things and tackle the impossible
- Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to multitask effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work extra hours and adjust your schedule when needed
- Technical Writing skills is a plus
