To support this growth, Decathlon Vietnam is looking for a full stack developer who can raise the technical autonomy of the Vietnam team and build successful partnerships with tech teams from other countries (especially SEA zone countries, India and France).
Your role & responsibilities
- Partner with Vietnam functional team and international product teams to analyze needs, propose and design effective, scalable and easy-to-support solutions
- Develop front-end (react) and back-end (JAVA Spring Boot - Microservices) projects in a headless commerce landscape
- Partner with international product teams to ensure roadmap alignment, successful code merge and system integration
- Develop monitoring & alerting tools to ensure a proactive support
- Lead the continuous improvement in run mode, by performing troubleshooting analysis, and leading refactoring actions.
- Ensure we use the recommended technologies and best practices from the group, join the tech community to learn and share, and surround yourself with a solid network of tech experts.
Your skills & qualifications
- You are a true passionate about software development, you are well aware of the latest technical trends
- You are always focused on the added value you create
- You have a confirmed experience as a full stack developer, you are autonomous on several front & back programming languages (must for JAVA Spring Boot - Microservices)
- You are comfortable with all the common data exchange protocols (API design, Kafka integration, etc.)
- You can work in English with other Decathlon teams
- Critical thinking, capacity to step back to formalize a problem
- Comfortable with a complex/network based environment
- Focused on action and challenges
- Demonstrates a high sense of responsibility
- Demonstrates team spirit
