Record weekly financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts)

Process invoices and issue receipts or tax invoices (Less than 10times within a month)

Assist in preparing and submitting tax reports (GST, corporate tax, etc.)

Support external auditors with required documents during audits

Maintain compliance with local financial regulations

Prepare regular financial summaries or expense reports for management

Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Track cash flow and highlight discrepancies

Manage and coordinate calendars for executives or teams

Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls

Organize meeting logistics, prepare materials, and take minutes

Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems

Handle confidential documents and ensure proper recordkeeping

Act as the point of contact between management, staff, and external parties

Arrange travel bookings including flights, hotels, and transport

Prepare detailed itineraries and manage last-minute changes

Submit and track expense reports and reimbursements

Greet and assist visitors or clients

Arrange and prepare for client-facing meetings

Provide general hospitality and ensure a professional environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Foreign language skills (especially English) may be required in international settings
