About Company
BrSE (Bridge System Engineer)
A bridge between Japanese clients and Vietnamese engineers in App and Web service development projects.
BrSE requires understanding and creating specifications, explaining of specifications to engineers, task management, communication and coordination in Japanese with clients.
Your role & responsibilities
▼ Responsibility
- Build good relationships with clients in Japanese
- Scrutinize requirements from clients and propose specifications to clients
- Create specifications in Japanese or English
- Explain specifications to Vietnamese engineers
- Support Q&A between client and engineer
- Progress proposal for team members to work efficiently (client control)
- Project scheduling and task/progress management
【BrSE Schedule】
- 8:00 Slack message, email check, schedule confirmation
- 8:30 Progress meeting with team members
- Summary of progress confirmed at 9:00 meeting and share to client on Slack
- 10:00 Receive a request from the client to add new features to the app and a technical survey, video call with the client to fill the requirements.
- 12:00 ~ 13:30 Lunch break
- 14:00 Summarize requirements for new features and deploy to team members in Slack
- 15:00 Meeting with engineer about the content of the survey request
- 16:00 Report survey results to client in Slack
- 17:30 End of work
Your skills & qualifications
- Can make logical conversation in Japanese
- Can read and write Japanese sentences using a laptop
- Has the power to take responsibilities without running away even in a tough environment
- Can work in a team
- Has been involved in the development of Apps and Web services (technical)
- Know the process of developing apps and web services
- Experience of working with Japanese clients
- Problem solving skills and can put forward suggestion
- Leadership & time management
- Pass the JLPT N1 or N2 (or equivalent level)
- Experience traning juniors
