Your role & responsibilities
- Operate
- Perform defined procedures to monitor the health and performance of applications.
- Execute jobs for applications and monitor their result. For any errors, follow the defined protocol to notify supervisor and/or vendor
- Recommend ideas on improving the applications, particularly on operation automation
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Manage & Monitor.
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure platform
- Monitor and optimize application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
- Administration of our different DevOps tools, and automating processes whenever possible.
- CD & CI
- Configuration of build pipelines to enable teams to do continuous integration and delivery
- Collaborate with our Developers and testers in delivering new features and applications
- Stay on top of DevOps trends, experiment and learn for continuous improvement
- Mentor and train other engineers throughout the company and seek to continually improve processes companywide
Your skills & qualifications
- Bachelors in Computer science or Information Technology
- At least 03 year of System/ DevOps Engineering experience in Linux based environments;
- Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Linux based environments;
- Solid scripting skills (e.g., Shell scripts, Python …);
- Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Solarwinds, Splunk …);
- Experience in design high-availability systems;
- Experience with CI/CD and automation software (e.g., Jenkins …);Containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes; Jira configuration and management;
