Your role & responsibilities

Deliver Mobile App Service:

Understand the product, constantly optimize the performance, identify and fix problems, improve stability and user experiences;
Collaborate with Product Owner/Architect to implement coding tasks;
Work closely with other engineers, involving in constructive and concise code review with peers, especially junior ones.

Leadership activities:

Lead the team with clear objectives and deliverables; be on top of mobile client service outcomes;
Frequently conduct coaching/ feedbacks to boost the performance of team members and ensure member’s development;
Communicate with other teams to ensure the effective synergy among cross functions.

Your skills & qualifications

At least 5 years of professional experience with React Native or Cross-platform mobile development or iOS/ Android mobile development;
Leadership experience in managing more than 5 members;
Demonstrate solid knowledge of React Native;
Experience with Mobile app development (iOS and Android);
Fluency in spoken and written English;
Talent Management skill in allocating right resources to the right projects and ta;
High adaptability and flexibility to the rapid changes of the business;
High responsibility and diligence.
