Design Specialist

• Create design flows, IA, wireframes, and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant.
• Conceptualizing, designing and prototyping new features for our core products.
• Collaborate with other teams to understand the requirement and develop creative solutions.
• Ability to understand and analyze user needs and conducting frequent, iterative usability testing in parallel with development.
• Deep understanding of design methodologies, principles, and visual design.
• Experience in digital product design, preferably web and mobile responsive.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multi-functional and multidisciplinary teams
• An inspiring portfolio showing us how you have crafted great experiences, seeing them through to released products
• Ability to understand and distill complex problems into elegant, informed solutions

   5-12 years experience
