Data Analyst

• Provides quantitative figures and analysis results for each silo service and entire Toss Team to make data-driven decisions.
• Refine, process, and load raw data from the service unit, configures dashboards with reports so that the insights can be delivered to Toss Team
• Establish impactful hypotheses with team members for growth of target indicators, design A/B test experiments to verify them, analyze and deliver the results
• Performs logging on app/web experienced by following real users and funnel analysis

• High understanding of mobile service data analysis methods (LTV, AARRR, Cohort, Funnel, etc.) is required
• High understanding of the IT/mobile/financial industry and experience in data analysis are required
• Requires raw data handling capabilities using SQL
• Able to communicate analysis results in a timely manner with concise language
• Ability to present actions through simulations for each business scenario is required
• The ability to diagnose and solve service problems by refining complex and diverse data sets is required

It’s nice if you have

• A good understanding of data processing using Python, R, Spark, etc
• A master's or doctoral degree in statistics, financial engineering, predictive modeling, or multiple experiences in these fields
• Knowledge or experience in building a data warehouse
• Extensive experience in data visualization (Tableau, Grafana, etc.)
