We are looking for Customer Service to join our team and provide the best service to our customer. You will working at the newest B2B Fintech Solution at Viet Nam. English – Korea – Vietnamese spoken.

Your role & responsibilities
Monitor and optimize processes to improve KPIs, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Provide product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
Develop and maintain user manuals and operational guides tailored to customer needs.
Handle customer inquiries promptly and manage Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback.
Monitor and analyze customer usage to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and new feature testing, providing actionable feedback to the product team.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and achieve business goals.
Coordinate with the Korean headquarters (business and product teams) for alignment and updates.

Your skills & qualifications
3+ Years of Experience in a Customer Service position in the IT Solution industry
Understanding how and the organizational model of call center system, Inbound Sales (telesales)
Ability to listen to understand English, good communication.
Experience or knowledge of IT, Fintech, SaaS, ERP is an advantage.
Experience: 3 years, team size from 2-3
Experience with: IT Solution, Fintech Solution, SaaS Solution
Preferred Qualifications
Korean language skills are a strong advantage
Experience working with cross-border or multinational teams
