Your role & responsibilities
- To gather and understand customers´ objectives, processes and products in order to make recommendations.
- Act as main support to internal business units and external parties for the in-charge Product.
- Serve as an escalation point for customer concerns if/when they arise.
- Coordinate and communicate with developer and designer on requirements and system implementation.
- Developing and maintaining up-to-date and complete requirements documentation.
- Any additional/ad-hoc task as assigned by immediate superior
Your skills & qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in a product analyst role is an added advantage.
- Strategic thinker who is self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all types of people at all levels of the organization.
- Possess good time-management skills with ability to prioritize & deliver assigned tasks.
- Able to work on multiple projects independently and proactively with minimum supervision.
- Able to handle multiple tasks, withstand pressure and meet tight deadlines.
