Your role & responsibilities
- Manage all activities of BA team
- Propose plan to build software solutions related to company operations
- Learn and research technological solutions related to the field of Vending machines, E - wallets, Smart POS, Merchant centric and other payment solutions, ...
- Build software solutions for internal companies and customers.
- Control quality of software products.
Your skills & qualifications
- At least 2 years experienced in programming, 5 years experienced in business analyst.
- Experience in leading BA team (5 members).
- Good at problem solving skills
- Good at training subordinates, ensure that subordinates perform the professional requirements of BA competently.
- Good communication skills, able to build solutions slides, software training for customers, internal stakeholders.
- Experienced in building prototypes that demonstrate software functionality according to business requirements.
- Interview skills, professional information gathering, and quick grasp of customer and internal business requirements.
- Functionalize systematizing business requirements into software functions through documents.
- Good database design skills, experience in database design and SQL programming.
