About Company
Your role & responsibilities
- Work for US customer
- Will be required to be in meetings with USA Team. They will inform you of the software requirements. You will relay these requirements as tickets for the Vietnam team to work on.
- Use documents like wireframes, design flow, UI to translate the business concepts into programming requests.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance Team to make sure the products are built to customer requirements.
- Able to work remotely
Your skills & qualifications
- Must be able to speak English well and also speak Vietnamese.
- Must understand the Scrum Software Development Process.
- Will need to learn and understand all aspects of the software products.
- Must be proficient with analyzing the customer needs and assist with finding solutions to address them.
- Will always be keeping up with the new trends so that the product continues to innovate.
- 3+ years of experience on BA
- Fulltime, part time, can work from home
