[Position Summary]
We are looking for a qualified, creative, energetic and self-starting Bridge Engineer with wide experience to join our team.
[Responsibility]
- Being an effective coordinator between Vietnam team and Japan team.
- Manage overall project workflow and timeline; actively communicate with customers to clarify and prepare detailed requirement contents.
- Translate, analyze and transfer customer’s requests to project team members during whole development process.
Your skills & qualifications
[Requirements]
- 3+ year of progressive experience in BrSE.
- Language requirements: Japanese (at least N2).
- Project design and management experience.
- Able to resolve technical issue and ensure quality of design.
- Technical requirements: experienced with Java and solid IT background knowledge.
- Experienced with OOP/UML/Design Patterns.
- Strong communication and negotiation skill to ensure the project go smoothly between Japan team & Vietnam team.
- Able to analyze the requirements to create Basic Design for the large system.
- Have a passion for exploring new technology.
