About Company
We are looking for a Back End Developer (Node.JS - Microservices) who has a solid technical background in fundamental web development such as RESTful API, system design, databases, security, SPA, etc.
Your role & responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working with different stakeholders to design flexible and adaptive applications that can grow with the business needs.
- Working and pair programming with other developers to build applications with NodeJS.
- Working with Product Owner to convert business requirements into technical designs.
- Applying proven technologies and best practices to level up your technical skills
- Learning new languages and frameworks to improve yourself and stay current in an ever-changing environment.
Your skills & qualifications
Must Have
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with back-end web development.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.
- Relevant knowledge of relational database systems such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Git, Github, and Pull Request knowledge.
- Experience with web technologies such as REST API, security, performance, etc.
- Experience with Extreme Programming methodologies such as Test-Driven Development, Refactoring, and Continuous Integration.
- Experience with Agile Process and Scrum Methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with server-less architecture, eg AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Function, etc.
- Experience with security, performance, scalability.
- Experience with Message Queue
