Your role & responsibilities
- Compile and analyze data, processes and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with the Front-end Developers and other team members to establish objective and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
- Developing ideas for new program, products or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
- Recording data and reporting it to proper parties, such as Clients or Leadership.
- Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages and better assist other team members.
- Taking lead on projects as needed.
Your skills & qualifications
- BA degree in Computer Science/ Computer Programming or similar relevant field
- 5 years of experience as a Back-end developer.
- In-depth understanding of web development.
- 5 years of experience with programming languages like Java, PHP, Python, NodeJS, .Net.
- 5 years of experience with CMS framework.
- Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Team player.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Skills and Abilities:
- A logical, methodical and analytical approach.
- Ability to work accurately with deadlines.
- Technically confidence, flexibility and a strong team spirit.
- Ability to focus on solutions and deliverables as specified.
- Well spoken & written English.
- Able to integrate with foreign development teams.
