About Company
We are looking for someone responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the application system and communicating solutions directly to customers, who is comfortable with a fast-moving environment and can learn quickly
Your role & responsibilities
- Senior/Junior level.
- Responsible identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation.
- Monitor and respond to open tickets submitted through an incident management system.
- Developing a good understanding of work allocated for successful delivery within allocated time frames.
- Perform complete testing of developed work to reduce follow-up requests and bug fixes.
Your skills & qualifications
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information.
- Technology or equivalent.
- Have experience in Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management.
- Experience in JavaScript, Java (J2SE + J2EE), Servlets.
- Good exposures to RESTFUL API concept & web services (REST, JSON or SOAP), will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of Oracle SQL will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of mobile application Android platform will be a plus.
- Knowledge in Version Control System (Wincvs, SVN) will be a plus.
- Good communication skills and can liaise and work with others.
- Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of programming logic and problem solving.
- Adaptable, meticulous, and innovative with solid problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel.
