Agile Project Manager (Iteration Lead)

As a Iteration Lead, you will work closely with Engineering teams to deliver real business change. You will plan, coordinate and schedule software deliveries across several teams and will coach them on agile principles and practices.

• Facilitate daily Scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint demonstrations and retrospective meetings.
• Accountable for the quality of Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, showcases and retrospectives 
• Ensuring the delivery team commits to their definition of done 
• Visual representation and management of work in the sprint e.g. card walls and burn-up charts 
• Management of the Master Story List (MSL) with the Product Owner, ensuring it is adequately maintained, stories are up to date and ready to play into a sprint 
• Prioritise impediments and to coach the team to resolve them 
• Participate in the maintenance and enhancement of the agile program delivery in the business 
• Manage conflict resolution within/between delivery team and stakeholders 
• Manage team capacity and negotiate priorities / timelines  with Product Owners and other business stakeholders 

• +4 years' experience working as a Iteration Lead or Scrum Master in across multiple distributed Agile teams; 
• +8 years' experience with end-to-end product development from concept to production support and enhancements. 
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written), able to communicate with business stakeholders; 
• Notable experience with large scale scrum adoption and distributed delivery. 
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, both internal and third-party; 
• Good understanding of user story analysis, development and test first approaches; 
• University degree in IT field or equivalent industry experience; 
• Agile – Certified Scrum Master; 
• Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry (preferred)
