About Company
Primary responsibilities and work tasks:
- Facilitate the team and support the team to achieve Product Plan goals
- Arrange and facilitate daily scrum, sprint review and planning, and sprint retrospective
- Lead remote teams of freelancers developing software solutions for clients worldwide
- Refine the current work model based on Scrum and implement improvements
- Support and coach the team in how to use the Scrum model adjusted for Pangara
- Support the Product Owner in the work with the backlog
- Report project status to clients and Product Owner
Secondary work tasks:
- Support sales team with client project estimates
- Support Talent Specialist team with technical coaching
Your skills & qualifications
Essentials:
- Experience of Scrum Management
- Good knowledge in Scrum best practices and how to implement them
- Good coaching skills
- Requirement engineering
- Project estimation
- Very good communications skills with both freelancers and clients
- Very good English, both spoken and written
- Service minded
- Self-driven and able to take initiatives
- Proactive mindset
- Have ability to have a holistic view of processes and tasks
Preferred:
- JIRA
- Freelancing experience
- Software development background
